1999 Ford Escort received this part. I was not able to install due to pneumonia but I was able to talk my daughters boyfriend through removal and installation. It's been a ween ant it has not fallen off.

Purchased one of these over a year ago and had to return it because the press fit stud would start to rotate as I was putting the self locking nut on. Not even close to tight enough to put the torque wrench on. Made the mistake of buying another this week and had the same unpleasant experience!
