      Manufacturing tolerances on this part are bad. I had to dremel out the steering wheel end of it for it to fully slide onto the steering wheel spline. I have put between 30-40K miles on the truck since I put in this part and discovered yesterday that the steering box end of the shaft is loose where it slides onto the steering box spline. The bolt on that end if fully tightened so that is not the problem. This is most likely either because the splines in the shaft have worn out after only 40K miles or the steering box end had the same problem fully sliding onto the spline like the steering wheel end did and I just didn't notice when I installed it. Anyway, I am now looking at having to replace the shaft.......AGAIN and this is not a cheap part.
