Great but hard to put on I used it on my shifter linkage for transfer case to 4x4 floor shift. You need to press it into existing pin and then press the lever onto the bushing with channel lock pliers.
used this part to replace the bushing inside the shift cable eye that goes on the linkage ball on the transmission.Original Shift cable bushing was old and deteriorated and cable fell off leaving me stranded. No part from saab is available except a new cable. One of the bushings in this kit was a perfect fit.Saved me $190.The price of a new cable

As others have said the second from the smallest bushing fits perfectly on my center console shift F150. Instructions: 1: pop the large housing around your shifter off by opening the console storage and prying carefully. 2: apply emergency brake. Disconnect linkage from shifter and remove old bushing with flat head or metal scraper. It will crumble out. 3: insert bushing by hand with the small tapered end first/inward. Then use pliers or vice grips to gently squeeze bushing in place. 4: clean up and reattach the linkage to the shifter. This may carefully require pliers as well. 5: Lastly, apply brakes and test shifter. Reinstall housing around shifter. All in all this should take 10 minutes. Good luck!
