      I received the blower motor that was susposed to come with the gasket to install. The gasket was not in the box. I contacted customer service and they suggested I take it to the location it shipped from (Yorktown, Va) which is a large distance away from me in Hampton. They then suggested I take it to a local Advance Auto to get a replacement with the gasket included. No advance had the gasket included as stated. So basically no one has offered to find and send me the gasket I paid for. One Advance suggested I purchase ATV and make a gasket. I am very disappointed in the "so sorry but there is nothing we can do attitude" everyone has taken. I wish customer service had offered to located a gasket and send it to me as I did pay for it.

      It did fit in my 04 Crown Vic......however...the plug is wrong and wiring way short... not thrilled about spending 43.00 on adapter cable so had to make my own with water tight connection.

      Wrong plug for 2004 Mercury Grand Marquis. No gasket sent. Too far and too much trouble to return. I'll make a jumper to connect electrical plug.
