I spent 8 hours installing the torque converter and now when my truck is under load it makes an awful tricking noise total garbage part now I wasted all this time and tranny fluid on a piece of trash. Now I have to wait for a different one to ship and do it all over again. Call customer service and the lady said she would get the manager and then hangs up and I didn't even get an apology.
