The tank was a good fit. The fuel pump/sender only gave fuel pressure of 25lbs. my truck (1996 chevy k1500) requires 60-66 lbs fuel pressure for operation. 45lbs and below is considered undrivable according to the GM 1996 C/K service manual. I replaced the Spector fuel pump/sender with genuine GM fuel pump /sender and every thing works good.

Lasted about 13 months. I'm going to bite the bullet and buy an AC Delco one this time.

I was not really sure that the fuel pump was the problem on my truck, so I bought the "cheap" one to try. I figured that it should last a few months, maybe even a year. It lasted 3 days and about 100 miles.
