    Took way too long to arrive at the house. Won't be buying a part like that again since I ended up not using it. It would not stick to the engine without falling off when I tried to install the thermostat housing. I really don't care for the way you bill your orders. When I placed the order I was billed for the total amount. When the thermostat shipped no changes were made to the order amount but when the other parts shipped I saw another amount billed to my account making me think you over billed me. When I called customer services a young lady said that that is your policy to bill as the shipments shipped. My bank account statement proves otherwise. I don't care where the parts come from but I only want to be billed once. It took almost a week and a half for the transactions to process correctly. I probably will not be ordering anything online again unless you change how you bill your customers.
