Unfortunately this came without the flange, which the pulley attaches to. If you do not have the proper tools to remove and reinstall the flange you may wish to purchase one that does. After getting this all installed I also noticed a small leak from the return (low pressure) metal barb. It is a small enough leak to be annoying but unless it get worse not worth the work to bleed everything remove it and replace it.
