This is a nice product. Went out to start my truck and the AC compressor was locked up. Don't really drive the truck that often so no need for AC. This was a much cheaper alternative than buying a new compressor. Only con it would be alittle easier to install if it had a diagram for the spacer placement.

Hope I don't regret a 5 star rating but so far the pulley has worked perfectly. Forget about those sleeves, a giant pair of channel locks wouldn't budge them :o( I bolted it down without them & expected the worst, e.g. slop, misalignment... but not so. It bolted down well. No squealing, no chirping - so far so good. :o)

I bought this to bypass my ac compressor it squealed so bad I took it off the same day and went ahead and replaced the compressor. It also was so noisy I thought my water pump was going bad will never buy or use again.

Purchased to do a quick fix on a 1996 Ranger 2.3L until the weather warmed up. Unfortunately the pulley diameter is smaller and the fitment for the third bolt was incorrect so had to return it. If you are looking to bypass a/c on this particular model, just buy the belt for the application without a/c. Don't event have to remove the compressor. Price for the belt was the same as this bypass kit. Once the weather warms up, fix the a/c compressor clutch and should be good to go. I will say I appreciate being able to return with no issues.
