      On my 1990 Chevy G30, this relay is taped to the TOP of a cable harness to the left of the steering wheel. You have to remove the speedo cluster to see it. Look for Green, Black, and Orange wires. Unwrap the single black tape and let it dangle so you can get to it from underneath. The relay has locking tabs so just let the new one dangle.

      Bottom Line recommended

      This relay does not fit where it should. It certainly is not the horn relay as it is advertised. It's a relay, just not for the horn. The one I got from a different part store was the right fit.
