Getting the new shocks in was easy, getting the old ones out not so. The piston rod of both the factory shocks would just spin not allowing the locknut to be removed, finally by holding a very small (maybe 3/16") wrench on the flat on the top of piston I was able to get the locknuts off. You have no idea how much plesure I got out of tossing the factories in the dumpper. With the Monroe air shocks by design the piston cannot rotate allowing for an easy and simple install. I would recommend you add to your purchase some 8" ty-wraps, the provided tubing clips require either having a hole of the right size or drilling one, whereas the ty-wraps make routing the tubing easy. All in all for the dollars spent they are a good bargin.
