shoulder bolts were too long

Nice kit but shoulder bolds were too long and fully compressed the gap was about a quarter inch. I made it work by adding 5 9/16 #8 washers to each bolt head. When I finally got it to seal the springs were fully compressed. Walker needs to review this kit, if the shoulder bolts were about a half to 5/8 shorter it would have worked perfectly. I would still recommend this kit as you have to have the shoulder bolts to mate the split flanges

This part does not work. the original stud and nut kit that comes on the car has a smaller size thread for the flange. this kit has all the same size and unless you drill out you exhaust manifold it will not work. I wont take the chance and drill my manifold cause if it still wont work then I am out a [$] manifold. do not buy not worth the money. Go to your ford dealer and buy the original stud and bolt kit.
