Although the clutch kit had a throw out bearing included, it was obviously cheap and flimsy, so I bought this National brand bearing. Holding the two in your hand, this bearing is beefier and has no slop when turning it, like the one that came in the kit. I'd like to have SKF but Advance doesn't sell them

Old throw out Bearing was shot so i got this one to solve my problem and it only lasted one lap around the block before Squeaking and making all kinds of noise After all the hard work of pulling the transmission I Am Very Disappointed In This Part.

Do yourself a favor, spend a few extra bucks to buy the better quality bearing. Changing these out isn't worth twenty bucks difference.
