Installed this on a 99 Jimmy. Part fits fine though the OEM connector is 3/4 and this is 11/16. The rubber elbow was destroyed as well. I used a radiator hose elbow to replace it (Dayco 70646) which fit the 5/8 to 3/4 connection. Heat alone would not get the old one off. Had to use a sawsall to cut off the diaphram then I could put a 1" socket on it. Dont forget to use antisieze when putting the new one on.
