what was delivered to me was different from this product photo. THERE WAS NO HANDLE. as a result my finger was injured, installing this into a tight small space where it wasn't easy to fit. It had NO box at all. Could have been used for all i know. The date sticker on it said it was at least 10 months old as well. disgusting! on a 2 year warranty, its useful life is half used up already. The delivery to home was a joke- they used DOOR DASH! random people . Not auto parts delivery person. No help at all installing this battery or taking the old one out. And i am an elderly grandmother. Terrible experience, i'm still in pain a day later, from the weight of having to pickup and move 2 car batteries by myself.

I'll stay away from Diehard batteries in the future. Fortunately mine died at 1 year 11 months and Victor at Advanced Auto Parts in Lincoln Ne replaced it without hassle, honoring the 2 year warranty. Every Diehard I've had in the past lasted at least double the warranty. You're paying for the name now, not the quality of yesteryear.

Cell in battery died after close to a year of having it. Had it checked by mechanic who told us that's why my car won't start after its turned off after I get to work and after I get home and we have to jump it to get me to and from work. Advance tells us they have to test it themselves, fine. Go back up to see what their test says 24 hours later as instructed and they tell us their machine doesn't work and we have to take it home and put it back in the car and come back tomorrow with it. All the while they don't have the paperwork to make sure whoever is there tomorrow because the guy helping us tells us that he won't be there. He just scribbles it down on a scrap piece of paper. Meanwhile I'm out yet another day of being able to use my car without constantly jimping it. If it's your testing machinethats broken, JUST REPLACE THE BATTERY!!! The mechanic has said what's wrong and Advance says it could be the alternator that's why they have to test it. Don't you think the repair shop would say it's the alternator if it was, instead of sending us for a warranty replacement battery, since an alternator replacement would bring the shop more money?? Now, for some unknown reason I have to make a third trip up where they scribbled a note down on receipt paper for whoever works tomorrow. We have NO proof we even left it because they didn't want to give us any kind of receipt to show we've left this battery there.

Swapped out the old Interstate Group 65s with these and I already notice the difference. The previous owner had installed the 65s and the factory tie-downs never fit right. Make sure when buying these that you pull the correct batteries. For my truck I needed the 27-3 with 810 CCA and positive on the right side. Advance also sells a 27F-3 with 710 CCA and the positive on the left which wouldn't fit my truck's wiring.
