Didn't even last 6 months. Developed a terrible leak out both sides from the diaphragm. Pure junk!!

Inlet and outlet hoses hit the motor mount brackets. Do not purchase this if you were planning to install it on a 63 Ford.

Absolutely horrible purchase. Installed it on my 70 F100's 240 online six. Ran engine five minutes and realized the rebuilt Carter YFA carb was flooding (it did NOT flood till I replaced the old pump with this one). I pulled the carb and inspected the float and the needle/seat, cleaned them, and put it back on. Cranked the truck and it flooded the carb so it was pouring out the bottom in less than 30 seconds. When I tried to loosen the fuel line from the carb, fuel shot out like the line was VERY pressurized. Pulled this off and replaced it with a NAPA pump (theirs are made by Carter). No more flooding. And the local NAPA had it in stock whereas the local AA had to order it for me.
