I purchsed this clutch as Advanced Auto was the only local source for the proper 10" clutch for my '55 Chevy pickup. Most of the other stores either only listed the 12" or the V8 clutch. Advace Auto was also honest about who actually manufactures their clutch kits, which was very reassuring as I could do reserch on the quality. The only problem I did have was that after installing, the clutch would not disengage. First though was "what did I do wrong". Told the manager at my local store the issue, and he had me bring it back in to see if there was an issue. Turned out the friction disk was incorrect. He got my a complete replacement, no questions asked. Put the new one in, and it works great, possibly better than the clutch that was in the truck originally.

I purchased this product online, I was able to use a coupon code and speed perks reward to add to my savings. Making the purchase was very simple and was ready for pickup in less than 20 minutes. I bought this clutch for my 2001 Ford Mustang Standard as a replacement. The car has 215k miles, new clutch makes shifting seamless. Also had another engine install so the replacement clutch was a no brainer. The clutch provides smooth shifting, seems very durable. I use this vehicle is a daily driver.

only reason I bought this is it was in stock and I needed one that day. The throw-out bearings are aptly named as where they should go. Piece of Sheet overheated and failed in 6 months. The TO bearing let go when I was out in the boonies and I had to limp home. Avoid this product and spend the extra for an OEM set.

This is a ceramic clutch. Its labeled as organic. I just installed this in a customers 94 GMC 3500 due to his drivers burning the clutch up. It has a rough engagement as all ceramic clutches do but will out last organic...

Barely have it broken in and the pressure plate is gone. Have not driven the car very hard at all and the pressure plate will not disengage. I build cars professionally and I have never ever had this much trouble with a clutch. Of course I'm out of my 90 day warranty so I'm also out of my money. Buy a centerforce instead.
