    Got to the store to pick up the kit and it was entirely different from what you had on your website . Your store employee tried to make things right,( showed two air tees on line, got to the store and the kit that the number called for didn't have any). You need to straighten this out.

    Bottom Line not recommended

    I ordered the parts online to be picked up in 1/2 hour. I got to the store 1.5 hours later and had to wait 20 min. while they went to pull my order from stock. It came out wrong. The " gentleman then left for 15 min. and brought the same wrong item back out to me and said that was all they had. I said fine, just cancel the purchase and refund my money to the card. He said he couldn't because the sale hadn't gone thru ( even though I had and showed him my confirmation page w/ bar code ) so he couldn't a non sale. He then asked me to come back in a 1/2 or more so the internet could process my transaction .... really . This is not my local store so I had driven a ways for this item, which is still sitting next to me as I type because ... well, let me put it this way...it has left a bad taste in my mouth and wallet to have dealt with you this time. I may or may not buy from you again .. we will see .. but I am definitely not driving across town to revisit this store just to experience time consuming incompetence again.
