My ears are weird, headsets don't really fit. I don't like the look of most speakerphones and didn't want to have a charger cable running everywhere. Finally, my friend got sick of listening to me complain and gave me this mirror speakerphone. I didn't like the idea at first, but now I love it! Thieves can't really see I have anything in my car (I think) so they leave it alone. Works great, people can hear me, I can hear them, and the caller display is awesome because its right where I need to look anyway - in my mirror. The only thing I don't like it that I can't take it out of the car that easily. When I go in my husband's car, I have to do without! Lasts a really long time without charging too.

Great item but the mirror is tinted to hide the wiring behind the glass. Once on it vibrates constantly since the mirror attachment to the car's mirror is not tight enough to keep it stationary while the car is in motion.

I recently got an iphone 4s. It seems to pair properly, but when I try to download my address book to the mirror, it tells me "No Feedback". I have installed the mirror over the rare-view mirror of my car.

Select SET-UP or CONNECT from your mobile phone menu., • Find and select OPTION to discover Bluetooth devices; establishing a connection may take several minutes., • If found, phone display should indicate YD-V16 or Select “YD-V16” from the list., • Phone should give you a prompt asking if you want to pair the device., • Select OK or ACCEPT and wait for prompt to enter passkey or PIN., • Enter the CODE 0000 when a passkey is requested., • Select “OK” to pair and connect the YD-V16 and the handset., • When pairing is complete, the YD-V16 LCD will show PAIRING SUCCESSFUL icon "Pair OK"., • NOTE: If the YD-V16 and mobile handset did not successfully pair, follow the steps below to retry pairing: • Turn the phone OFF; wait for 10 seconds., •Turn phone power ON, • Repeat the pairing instructions from the beginning.Answered on 3/21/2012 by Aaron from AAP

Push the speakerphone until it is flushed against original rearview mirror and pull the tension clamp and clip to the existing rearview mirror. Clip and attach the Velcro clips to the back of the mirror and loop the straps around the rearview mirror and press the straps together firmly.Answered on 8/8/2011 by Auto Part-er Andy from AAP
