One Acorn nut "cap" came off during 1st drive. I purchased these thinking they were 1 piece to replace the 2 piece design that was stock on my Jeep Wrangler. They are not 1 piece and cannot take the punishment of a standard impact wrench used in garages more than a few times. The seat area also seems small (almost letting the flats of the lugnut come in contact with the wheel surface) compared to the stock lugnut that was replaced by these. Possibly I just got a bum one but I certainly expected at least a 8 to 10 year service life like the stock nuts had provided. I can only recommend this part with reservations.

I own a 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee with mag rims,these lugs are too small . The hole in the rim is 7/8", the lugs tapered section is only 3/4".

This will work on steel wheels.Starts rubbing off outer nut bevel when near bottom on aluminum wheels.
