Good alternative to expensive original part. Looks and fits like original lugnuts on a 2001 Grand Cherokee.

These lug nuts look decent when you first buy them, but BE WARNED, the chrome caps STRIP when you try to take them off and will leave the wheel stuck on, with a stripped lug. They are not what a previous review stated about "a lug nut is a lug nut"!!!
Unless you like drilling out a hardened wheel steel stud, DO NOT BUY! I will be changing all of mine out immediately.
Advance, you really should offer better wheen nuts than this. These are a nightmare for someone waiting to happen.

I have had several jeeps and these lug nuts come on them from the factory. They seem to hold up a few times if the correct size socket is used and then the chrome cap will eventually come off then it's a nightmare if you rounded off the soft metal underneath.
So save youself some headaches and buy a differant lug nut

These were on my jeep when I bought it. The caps fell off when trying to remove the lugnuts. The metal that makes up this two piece lugnut is soft, therefore very easy to strip the lugnut off. Does not take much effort to strip these and once you do you have quite a mess.
SAVE yourself the aggrevation and buy a better lugnut!

It's a lug nut...there's not much to say. The finish was nice and it fit perfectly on my 95 Jeep Wrangler.
