Installed on an 03 S-10. Rather than drill and use the included screw for the ground, I cut the wire and crimped on a larger connector so that I use an existing ground. Total install took < 5 minutes.

Honestly, a two minute install. Wires are plenty long to reach to trailer. This harness works with U-haul trailers or other flat 4 pin trailers.
