    Can this kit be used in reverse so that the original harness on the 1997 ford ranger can be used with out cutting (I'm using the bed from the cab aft for a trailer.??????????????? I am using a seven hole plug (round) on both Pickups 1973-1976 f series.
    the Frame and wiring are both in tact on the trailer.
