Took my car to state inspection, guy said valve cover gasket is leaking and would ONLY charge $120 to fix it. Yeah right...Paid [$] for gasket set and took me, from start to finish, about 20 min.Somebody said, if you can change your oil, you can do this.

It took me less than two hours to do by myself on my 96 Camry. Remove two bolts near the timing belt cover that hold a wiring channel in place, disconnect a couple of vacuum/EGR tubes, pull the spark plug boots off the plugs, remove the four large nuts that are under the plug boots and pull the cover off.
