Quaker State oil has been around for a long time and I always had good luck with it.I did alot of research and found this to be the better product with the lowest price. I would definately purchase this product for every vhicle I currently drive and vehicles I purchase in the future.

Horrible rebate program!
The rebate company attempted to rip me off. I stapled the REQUIRED ORIGINAL receipt to the rebate form and couple weeks later I received a tiny post card stating no receipt came with the form...Read complete review
The rebate company attempted to rip me off. I stapled the REQUIRED ORIGINAL receipt to the rebate form and couple weeks later I received a tiny post card stating no receipt came with the form (utter nonsense!). Then they REQUIRED another ORIGINAL receipt to be sent. I went to your store and was told that your company dies NOT reprint any receipts, even if I had a copy of the original with the purchase number. So a rebate offered by your company t had NO WAY for a customer to get the promised 20.00 rebate money!!! You should allow a customer to have a copy if a reciprocal if a product you sell requires it for a rebate requirement! !!!

Been using Quaker state motor oils for 35 years and have found it to work better in my vehicles than other motor oils. Just started with Q synthetic and notice an immediate difference in performance. This motor oil is often overlooked but its very effective in both conventional and synthetic. 2007 Buick Lucerne V6 is a different vehicle with Q synthetic. Also tried Mobil super 5000 conventional motor oil in a 1999 Chevrolet an was very impressed.

As I did 10 years ago, test 2 similar vehicles from new. Use conventional oil in one, synthetic in the other. Carefully inspect the oil on the dipstick just before oil changes. You'll see that the conventional oil is dark, streaked, and thin, and dipstick is blackening due to high heat. Now check the dipstick from the synthetic oil vehicle. Oil is cleaner, thicker, slipperier, and the stick itself is bright and shiny. What does that say about the inner parts of the engine? Wonder why car companies really don't encourage the use of synthetic oils? Engines might last too long, that's why......

Good oil,I only use the synthetic products for my car because of the high milage and this oil works the best for it so far,This oil seems to stay cleaner longer and last much longer then the last brand I used.I would recomend this to any one of my friends.

Bought this oil because it was on sale. Noticed a difference right away in my 97 Jeep Wrangler. Synthetic is the way to go. Best price was here on Advance Auto Parts.

Q:
my 2011 chevy equinox 4 cyc. calls for Dexos 1 oil. The specs on the Quaker State bottom states it replaces GM 6094M and GM 4718M.
