Comments about Anchor Torque Strut Mount:
have put 2 of these in my wifes car also like another comment and both wore out almost immediately. also my local stores (sw fl) say they have no record of my warranty purchases even though i have 4 cars and they are supposed to keep that info in their computers. lesson learned save those receipts

Comments about Anchor Torque Strut Mount:
This replacement mount is far from OE quality. The transmission side hole was not big enough for the bolt to go thru, so a drillpress was needed to ream the hole larger. The rubber absorbers on this mount are very soft and the entire housing is much smaller than the stock one. It had more flex than the bad OEM one that was removed. The amount of grind marks and rubber flashings hanging off this part is enough to call AI's quality control below average.

Comments about Anchor Torque Strut Mount:
After replacing this & the passenger side motor mount on my Focus, the car rode as smooth as the day I bought it. Install was easy with a basic set of sockets, jackstands & a decent jack. Fit perfectly & eliminated engine roll and vibration. Now to see how long it lasts...

Comments about Anchor Torque Strut Mount:
I have had 2 of these mounts on my car before I went and bought the oem part. Both of the mounts wore out in less than 3 months. Also when i installed the mount the transmission side of the mount is to thick to fit in its location. Had to get it machined down to fit.

Comments about Anchor Torque Strut Mount:
Chassis bolt difficult to get at. Be careful not to round it off if its rusted.
