The original accessory belt on my 2004 300M looked pretty cracked at 76k miles. This belt is of a higher quality than standard, and is working very well and quiet.

This accessory belt bolts right up to a 1999 Chrysler 300M. It works just as well if not better than the OEM belt. Also it costs less than the OEM too. My old accessory belt was really cracked at only 76K. I'm surprised it didn't snap on me. If your going to replace the accessory belt. you might as well replace the accessory pulley too just to be on the safe side.
