Westleys works as well as ever, still the strongest stuff on earth for removing road grime from raised white letters on sidewalls. One of our old dollup guys used to use it to remove stains on floor mats and interior carpeting as well (with a good scrub brush), but it should be diluted with some water when using it for that....

Bleche Wite is the best stuff ever when it comes to cleaning tires with or without whitewalls. There is no other product like it on the market. It also removes brake dust very effectively from wheels (agitate with a soft bristle brush and rinse promptly), and it's GREAT on the white mesh and white sole parts of running shoes!

I have been using this stuff since the late 60's when I had red stripe tires on my '65 Mustang. The soap would turn pink. That's how effective it was. Just don't leave it sit on polished aluminum too long.

This is a great product to use on tires that have white walls or white wall lettering. Do not get this on your wheels because it will leave a chalky residue/look to the wheels especially chrome ones. It contains acid. Wear eye protecting when using this product because you don't want to get wheel acid in your eye. Been there done that. If you spray some accidentally onto your wheels spray off immediately with water. Then take some soap and scrub your wheels. You may end up having to applying some polish to them.

There's nothing else like Westley's for cleaning whitewall OR blackwall tires. Just spray it on, scrub it briefly with a soft brush, wait a minute or so, then rinse.
It also works great for removing brake dust from wheels, although I don't use it regularly for that purpose because it's got some caustic chemicals in it.
Westley's also does a fantstic job cleaning lawn mower decks and wheels and patio furniture!
Wear eye protection when you use this stuff!
