    WHY DOES IT NOT FIT ON THE THRMOSTAT HOUSING ON A 2002 PT CRUISER? IT DOESNT HAVE A NOTCH ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE GASKET LIKE THE ORIGINAL ONE THAT I JUST TOOK OFF DOES AND IT DOES FIT IN THE NOTCH ON THE THERMOSTAT HOUSING PLEASE EXPLAIN AND TELL ME WHY IT DOESNT WORK

      It is the correct one for 2002 Chrysler PT Cruiser 4 Cyl 2.4L. It fits the Thermostat housing.
