I purchased this product after reviewing online and call the sales person in store. Also I talked to one of my neighbors about it, he also recommended ceramic brake, he actually helped me install it. The brake pads come with replacement clips so I do not have to purchase any extra parts for it. I commute everyday one hour each way, being able to stop in short distance is important on highway. I would recommend this product to anyone looking for brake pads replacement. You can find 20% off coupons by searching online before buying. Oh, call the store first to make sure their are in stock, online availability is always wrong.

I purchased this top-of-the-line brake pad kit thinking that it would include all I would need for the installation to ensure safest stopping. Although the pads themselves seem to be good enough, the kit itself seems rather cheap in that it did not include the thin metal pad front plates or the wire spring clips that I had to end up reusing. Also, it seems rather cheap to hit me up for an extra two dollars at the register for two tiny pad grease packets. For the top price paid, these should be included in the kit. If I'd known in "Advance" I would've purchased the plates and an extra lube packet.

does not leave the dust on your rims...and quite..MAKE U BUY THE GREASE FOR THE CLIPS AND PADS....and btw yes it does come wit new pretty clips :)

Installed these - went in pretty easily but as noted on some of the other reviews, they don't include clips. Seriously awful squealing from these. I contacted Wagner about getting some replacements and was given a lot of attitude and told to take the rotors in for a nondirectional finish, even though they don't need it. Extremely unhappy with this purchase.

Junk. I managed to save a set of clips from the OEM installation that lasted 50,000 miles. Sadly, my buddy tossed the other set.Had to take apart twice to reduce some of the squeaking but the clips don't fit. Called Wagner. Their response? Order clips SG-914. What a joke. Another [$] for clips when the OEM ones worked fine. JUNK.

Yes i do recommend that you follow the proper procedure taht your manufacturer has made.Answered on 7/9/2010 by Kevin from AAPA:
Replace the shims with the new ones provided in the box. The manufacturer states NOT to use Lubricants on the backs of the pads...but place a very small amount of lubricant in the area of the shims so they do not become stuck. Most Importantly, DO NOT USE LUBRICANT..The back of the pads are constructed with a patent lubricant on the back of the pads.Answered on 6/24/2011 by Mike from Maryland
