Comments about Wagner ThermoQuiet® Brake Pads:
I needed new brake pads and wanted to try ceramic pads. Yes, they are a bit pricey, but from what I've read about longevity they should be worth the price. They fit perfectly on my 2002 Silverado 1500. Single piston in the rear and dual pistons in the front. Make sure to grab some Sil-Glyde Hi-Temp Brake Grease, but don't put any on the pads, just the slides and pins. Advance sells it and it's great grease and will withstand the higher temperatures of the ceramic pads. I did research on the greases too and the Sil-Glyde has the highest "drop point" I could find. On my Silverado the pads are incredibly easy to install thanks to the design of the brake pad bracket. These Wagner pads are quiet and the stopping is great. I am happy with ceramics and will install them on my car when needed. I'll most likely get a set of Wagners for that also. Bottom line I am very happy with my Wagner Ceramic brake pads from Advance Auto Parts. If you have any questions about installing them on a Silverado just ask and I'll be happy to help if I can.

Comments about Wagner ThermoQuiet® Brake Pads:
Ordered on line and it was a very simple process. Selected in store pick up where everything was ready when I arrived. The pads fit with no issues; in fact showed my son on one wheel and he did the other three. It was his first time changing his brakes and rotors and we finished the whole job in less than one and a half hours in his apartment parking lot.

Comments about Wagner ThermoQuiet® Brake Pads:
My original brakes were at 85000 and still had life even after towing my 24 foot boat all over the country. I decided to go ahead and change them out before I hit the indicator and it was a great choice to do so. These brakes work very well and I have had no issues with them, in fact they seem to stop my avalanche and boat very well.
