Comments about Green Grease Synthetic Waterproof High Temperature Grease:
Green Grease is much hyped on The Speed Channel, various websites, etc. Yet this product lacks the GC rating necessary for wheel-bearing use (and might void warranties if used for such??), and even lacks the less-demanding LB rating needed for chassis lube. Kinda strange, given the premium price.
OTOH, it *is* FERTILIZER-RESISTANT, which is a big relief when I stop at the roadside produce stands, here in the big city... lol.
PS: While used by many vendors besides Omni Lubricants/Green Grease, the term "Professional Grade" is meaningless both technically and legally. Neither the API nor the NLGI recognize the term. It is merely a marketing tag line.
