Easiest replacement repair I've ever made. No special jacks or tools needed. If stubborn to remove, reciprocating saw makes the job simple.

Comments about Driveworks Suspension Sway Bar Link Kit:
I went to get a alignment from one of the big box chain stores that have a auto/tire repair branch too. I was told i needed upper ball joints and that was it in order to get a alignment because that is what i went in for. Had it checked out by a chain store tire place and they said i needed this part. I never even knew it was broke! Not sure how it got broke but ordered one online and picked up instore saved a little with a promo code online.
I got the old one out and put this one in within probably 20 mins or so. Wasn't too bad. Never put one in before and it was really simple. It seems pretty strong and looks like it will last for a very long time.

Had to replace sway bar link that broke on my 98 Explorer. Picked this up and had it installed in 10 minutes. I did need a jack to lift suspension to remove old link. I wish all repairs were this easy.

These are correct length with thread lock in the nuts but I would prefer the nylon lock nuts or longer bolts and use two nuts tightened against each other.

A:
Yes and Haynes Repair manual is available at your local Advance Auto Parts store for your explorer vehicle.Q:
how hard is it to replace2 answers
A:
It is not hard to install but you will need to have the vehicle on a jack or preferably a jack stand and a jack under the lower control arm to jack it up so the bolt reaches all the way through. The hard part is getting the old one out. I had to hacksaw it out on my truck due to norther salt/rust.CUSTOMER CARE
A:
Well this all depends on the skill level of whoever is removing or replacing the part. Some may have a harder time than others who have experience. I would recommend purchasing a Haynes repair manual specifically for your vehicle. This should be able to assist you further into detail on how to repair or replace specific parts.Q:
