This clutch worked flawlessly keeping my trans in one piece while still hooking hard without hitting the tires too hard. It lasted for nearly the entire season with outings where it saw 17 back to back passes and it never slipped....until it had worn down late in the season. Many 6k+ launches on drag radials and was also driven 85 miles everyday and the pedal feel was NOT bad at all. The reviewer above must have something wrong in his mechanism either in the cable or quadrant. I will most likely be using one of these in the future after I give another Zoom a try to see if it can do any better. I love stiff clutches that don't slip. Maybe it's the Mustang's inferior cable operated clutch that is the real problem, but I can't mash the clutch hard and fast enough to speed shift. I'm a big guy with a heavy foot so I don't think it's me.
