Comments about Driveworks Steering Idler Arm:
this part is indicated as "exact" fit but is not, the one on passenger side is Idler Arm PN:19178433, drivers side is Pittman Arm PN:19168944. Please make a change in compatability for future customers, but...the store on Nogalitos in San Antonio is really awesome!

Q:
new idler arm took grease from gun for a couple of pumps, then will not take grease with grease gun1 answer
CUSTOMER CARE
A:
Get anybody to turn the steering wheel while you try to grease it. Or get weight off the wheels and you move the tire with your foot. Or try with pneumatic grease guns that can put a lot more force into the fittings. For any further assistance, please visit your nearest Advance Auto store or call us directly at 1-877-ADVANCE (238-2623) and one of our representatives there would be more than happy to assist you.Q:
Does this come with the bushings?1 answer
CUSTOMER CARE
A:
No, it does not include the bushings.Q:
When replacing an idler arm do you have to replace the idler arm bracket also.?1 answer
CUSTOMER CARE
A:
No the idle arm bracket does not need to be replaced also. Only time to replace it is when it is damaged.
