Comments about Motorcraft Spark Plug:
Due to manifactures known difficulty involved in removing old plugs, stores should stock the special tool required for their removal. Perhaps, even have it as a loaner tool!!!

Comments about Motorcraft Spark Plug:
These plugs are a faulty design as carbon builds up on the shank and breaks off. Running carburetor cleaner through several tanks of gas will remove carbon build-up. Plugs are easily removed after carbon is removed. I had the first two plugs break off, stopped and drove several tanks of cleaner through and the next six came out easy. Have since used this method twice with out problems. Also, I had what sounded like a loud valve tick, it was the spark plug ticking as the end moved back and forth with each compression stroke. Drove 30,000 miles with the tick before the plug failed catastrophically. What a nice surprise to fix a $2000 head rebuild with a [$] spark plug.
