      A:

      The Fulton Spare Tire Carrier with Lock (Part No. ETCHL 0700) bolts tire to trailer tongue to keep it neatly out of the way. Heavy duty 1/2" diameter zinc plated construction resists corrosion. Tire mount fits 8" through 15" wheels with 4 or 5 lug rims. Includes threaded locking levers and lock to secure wheel to trailer frames up to 3" wide by 4" high.
