BATTERY TRAY HAD PLENTY OF SPACE FOR MY BATTERY AND HAD SPACE LEFT OVER, WOULDN'T SURPRISE ME IF A DEEP CYCLE BATTERY WOULD FIT.

    Not sure what this product is precisely. Is it designed to bolt in standalone? Or is it just supposed to sit on the existing battery tray (in between existing battery tray and one's car battery)?

      This Autocraft Small Battery Tray (Part No. AC102/A7000135) is designed to bolt in standalone. There are two different kinds of bolts: a Carriage Bolt and a Conventional Body Bolt with a Star Washer. For further assistance, please provide the year, make, model and engine size of your vehicle application or you can contact us directly at 1-877-ADVANCE (238-2623) or visit your nearest Advance Auto Parts store for further assistance.

      If your vehicle has the sizing provision of L: 11.81” W: 8.27” H: 1.77”, this should very well fit.
