9005XS is the high beam bulb for 1999-2004 Chrysler 300M
I've been using Sylvania silverstar bulbs since 2004. They have a shorter lifespan than the standard bulb about 2-5 years give or take. They are about 35% brighter than your standard halogen bulb. These are a cheap alternative to HID bulbs. For installing on a Chrysler 300M you better off removing the front bumper (most of it). It will give one better access to remove and reinstall the halogen bulb. Overall I would buy another pair just in case the one of the bulbs decides to go prematurely

Great lights poor durability
These lamps do give a better view of the road ahead, just wish they lasted longer. They tend to burn out considerably more frequent than standard ones, but price to pay for better view...Read complete review

Comments about Sylvania SilverStar TWIN Halogen Headlight:
I have been using these bulbs for many years. I like them because the light is very white, original get yellow quickly with age. Can see much better down the road. Ultras burn out sooner. Just wish these would last longer. I saved money doing the discount code online, and picking them up at the store. Very easy!

Comments about Sylvania SilverStar TWIN Halogen Headlight:
Well first off let me tell you what my aunt has. She has a 1990 honda accord that only has 40,000 miles on it. Garage kept. You would be thinking that the headlights would still be performing like new which incandescent lights would lose lumens after long use. But they lighting up a bit yellow. Then i replaced it with these Silverstar rather than going to hids and blinding everyone on the road. Boy did these made a big difference, like output was white and bright and wider like the box says. She was surprised on what a difference it made.
But on the downside when i replaced my girlfriends 09 Scion XD with the Silverstar Ultra, it made no difference at all. NO change in brightness. So the conclusion is, it only makes a difference to older vehicles, maybe around 6-10 years old when the light turns a bit yellowish.

The lights are noticeably brighter than stock and with the discount for orders placed on line they were the same price as stock replacement bulbs if they were purchased in the store
