Comments about ATP Shift Cable:
I have a 2000 Silverado 1500 regular cab. Cable is NOT a direct factory replacement. The column side of the cable is longer than stock. When connected to the gear lever it will not go up past reverse, even when the trans side is disconnected. ONLY get this cable if you plan on relocating the bracket on the column back about 1/2". Which would require cutting and re-welding.
