Comments about Cardone Remanufactured Mass Air Flow Sensor:
I changed the MAF sensor on my car in August with a reman from Cardone. Everything worked well until the other night when I left a light and my car started jerking like crazy and going from about 1500 rpms to 2500rpms and not going above 30mph. Ended up cutting off and I was able to get it restarted (didn't want to stop on the side of the road b/c there really was no place to pull over safely and I had my 4 year old and pregnant wife with me). Was able to get it to about 40mph then it started doing it again. It cut off and I was able to coast into a parking lot. Ended up getting it towed and this morning to my suprise they called and told my dad (they had his phone number from a previous repair) and told him that it was the MAF sensor. Unfortunantly my dad told them to repair it so I ended up getting stuck with a $425 bill for towing/repairs. Only lucky part was that I was able to get my money back plus the core charge for the one that the shop took off (the one that I had on for about 3 months). They replaced it with another Cardone and are standing by their labor for the year warranty of the sensor. So I guess I will see if I have better luck this time around. I know all products will have lemons but this one catostrophically failed after 3 months (the original slowly went out over several months, w/o a check engine light I didn't know what to fix so it took about 3 months of it slowing going out before I found out what it was and put this one on it).

Comments about Cardone Remanufactured Mass Air Flow Sensor:
Bought a new cheap [*]MAF and car stalled after starting it. Ran fine once you started it 2-3 times. The cheap MAF didn't cause the CEL to come back on, but it was maddening that it died all the time. I bought this reman Cardone and haven't had a single problem since.

Comments about Cardone Remanufactured Mass Air Flow Sensor:
This was a simple two screw and 5 minute install and it completely solved my stumbling/stall issues. Product was an exact fit for the OEM part and has been working fine for two weeks. Time will tell on its durability.
