Engine was not running good, stalling, hard to start, would rev on its own. Replaced the engine management computer and engine now runs well and starts easily.

I was read where you guys were talking. So your saying I need someone to updated the computer? Because Machanics have looked at my car and they think the computer needs to be replace. If the replacement ECM has the same program as the old one then all you have to do is disconnect your battery, remove the old ECM replace it with the new one, and reconnect the battery. If it does not have the same programing you will have to go to a service technician to have it programed for your car. All computers come pre-programmed for the vehicle that they are made for with a basic program. If the computer is for a vehicle manufactured from 1992-present there can be an issue to where some programming may be needed because these computers learn about the car over time and change their programming to keep the car running.
