                Power to the OBDII port is commonly shared with the cigar lighter or power port. Check with the fuse. Even after if the problem persist, I would suggest taking your vehicle to a certified mechanic for a proper diagnosis in order to avoid intermitence.

              i have a 1993 honda civic dx 1.5 & it runs perfect until i try to drive it then it wants to keep cuttin off i heared the main relay would be the problem, i also heared the main relay for the 1993 honda civic dx is under the dash??? is all this correct???
