                    A:

                    Axle grease is used for the axle bearings that support the axle shafts. Rear end fluid also known as gear oil which is used in the rear differential to lube the ring and pinion gears. Sorry, I am not sure of the exact type of grease you are referring to. In order to help you in a better manner, please be more specific on your query.

                    I have always been taught to not reuse a gasket because reinstalling it could cause it to leak.
