Removing the old one and installing the new one was an exercise in four letter word exploration. This is no fault of the people who built the radiator. The people at Chrysler who designed the car should be condemned to the 3rd circle of hell for how this is all put together. Word to the wise: BE VERY CAREFUL AND AWARE OF THE A/C CONDENSER WHEN YOU ARE R&Ring this thing. I managed to expell all of the freon into the atmosphere by doing this job.

The radiator began to leak and after stop leak failed, I purchased this radiator online. Shipping was fast but the product was damaged when I received it. The fins were bent but it seems to work OK. I needed to get it repaired for my wife before a military deployment. It seems to be working as intended, but the product did not have the predrilled holes for the OEM dust cover. I didn't drill the holes with fear that it would void my warranty or the risk of damaging it. Overall, it is an acceptable product and I do not have any MAJOR COMPLAINTS. But cannot give an endorsement given the condition that the item was in when received.

Comments about Ready-Rad Radiator:
My old radiator had a pin hole leak in a seem. The old radiator had 160K miles on it. I purchased new hoses, radiator and thermostat to give the old car a lift. I spent a few hours putting the new radiator. This new radiator did not leak until pressure is applied. I am furious that I now have a much larger leak than what I had before. Please do not buy this cheap product.

'Original one had a hairline crack in the plastic end tank. New one seemed lighter in weight...'Hope it lasts 11 years, like the old one. The price was right; no complaints there.

I watched a YouTube video on how to and after that installation was a breeze. Job took less then 2 hours. The rubber bushings it sits on were included.

2003 Chrysler Voyager 3.3 V6 radiator replacement. It is very easy to remove the old radiator if you remove the coolant reservoir first as you need to angle the raidiator to lift it out. The new radiator fit perfectly, I mean perectly!! Everything lined up just as it should. A little Vaseline on the lower rubber mounts will help the in installation. I did reuse the original radiators top plate because it had a rubber seal already riveted to it. Took me about an hour to do the replacement and I wasn't in any hurry.

Comments about Ready-Rad Radiator:
Installed in a 2001 Grand Caravan. The fins are not spaced as tightly as the original. Clips and t-nuts were not pre-installed. Stamped steel brackets were functional, but not quite OEM in design or quality, in my opinion. Overall, a functional replacement, but I have seen higher quality aftermarket radiators from other manufacturers.

Q:
What is the easy way to put the bottom clips on the radiator for the electric fans?1 answer

Place the fan shroud into the clips on the lower radiator support and install the two upper shroud retaining bolts. Position the shroud to maintain approximately 0.38(in.) radial clearance between the fan blades and the shroud. Connect the radiator hoses and close the radiator petcock.Q:
