There were two issues. Elimating the drain plug and using the temp sensor as the drain, it is not straight forward that an additional O seal(found on the plug that comes w/ the new rad.)is needed. Also the adapters for the automatic tranmission lines are to small, even with the supplied clips as tight as possible, fluid will still leak out. We cured this by installing the original clips just in front of the supplied clips, insuring a tight seal and hoses that would not pop off. Otherwise, the replacement was easy as pie. Even with the issues, it only took me about 2 hours, start to finish.

1. Ready-Rad Radiator does not have an internal seal seat for the fan switch and loose threads(sales associate recommended lots of Teflon tape). 2. The drain was eliminated and combined with the fan switch. 3. The transmission cooler hose connectors are smaller than the Camry's transmission lines and required two hose clamps to keep them from leaking. Other than that the fans, radiator hoses and the radiator itself fit great. I returned it the next day after finding one from another manufacture that was built correctly. Good luck

This radiator was a perfect replacement for the Denso original radiator in my 98 Camry. This also has a draincock in addition to a place next to the lower radiator hose to install the temperature gauge sensor. Everything fit perfectly from the old to the new. Remember to take the rubber grommets off of the old radiator pins on the bottom and everything will fit perfectly.

I am trained mechanic and auto body tech. The radiator fit perfectly in my Camry. I agree with some other feedback that you need to include an o ring for the sensor. If you do not have, you can use amble amount of teflon tape to seal it. I have had trouble with the fit of Advance aftermarket parts but this was a good fit.

This radiator was suspose to be an EXACT replacement for the original. It was the correct size and the mounting brackets were correct...but it did not have the right amount or configuration of ports to connect all the hoses and the sensor. So I wasted my time driving on $4.00 a gallon gas to pickup and then return this part. There was no comparable part they could offer me that would fit my car. I ended up paying 3 times the amount to get the correct one through the dealer. Disappointed that Advance would misrepresent the part as an EXACT match.

Did not fit my car even though the web site called it an exact fit. Store had to order another from a vender to fit that cost about 50% more than the original order.

Up side: easy to install, took less than 1 hour, good price.
Down side: had to break the small tabs off the fan since the new radiator didn't have the whole and had to tighten fitting on trans cooler.
