Should stay rust free longer than standard steel line. Would be nice to have longer coils available.
The plastic coating damages easily if not very careful forming, bending, and during installation.

I'm not a hack but I'm no pro either, especially when it comes to brakes. I hate doing brakes but this product was a piece of cake to work with. I'm sure if you hit the blogs in internet land you will come accross mention of Poly-Armour PVF Steel Brake Line. Believe them when they write it is easy to use. I wanted to avoid using couplers for my 1997 Mercurey Moutaineer brake line replacement job and decided to try out this product. The price was right and it bends easily. Easy to flare as well. Using a flare tool for 1st time didn't make a dfference as all went smoothly.

As other reviewers pointed out, you need a flare tool to make your custom lines. Quick replacement to existing line on vehicle.

with the 25 ft roll do you then have to flange the ends and buy the fitting ends form you as well? do you sell/rent flanging tools?2 answers
A:
Yes, you would need to own or rent the flaring tool as well as a tubing cutter. You would also need the line nuts as well.A:
First I mean no disrespect with previous answer, however a TUBING CUTTER should not be used to cut this line (or any B-L) use fine toooth hack saw & de-burr in/outer edge (if needed. REASON : when flaring ends if tubing cutter used on steel tube flare; ESP double, bubble etc, find that tubing gets end crushed just enough that flare turns out off for proper fit / seal.Q:
how long is this roll of brake line?1 answer
CUSTOMER CARE
A:
I recommend contacting your local Advance Auto Parts store and seeing what they have in stock of that brake line and the lengths they have.Q:
