Got them as part of the 100k mile tuneup on my 03' Silverado 2500HD 6.0 and they fit great, not sure rather they changed the fuel mileage as I also cleaned the MAF Sensor & installed a Spectre high flow filter.
FYI.. This part number(97067)is for the 6.0's with SQUARE ignition coils. The other ones are for trucks with round coils for those of you who don't know.

Bought as a replacement to the stock plug wires. Preform as well as the stock wires. Easy to install and affordable. So far increased preformance and fuel mileage. Also replaced plugs which is also helping.

I was a little concerned with the terminal attachment to the coil since it was not exact match to the Delco original plugs, however after replacing these wires and plugs (AC delco iridium) my truck runs like new. These wires came highly recommended on the Advanced auto website and thank all the previous reviewers for saving me over $70.00 over the original replacement plugs.

Work fine on a 03 Suburban, but you should remove the metal heat shields from the OEM wires and transfer them to the new Autolite wires. OEM wires are quite a bit more, not sure if they're worth it. Mine had 130k on OEM wires and plugs though! Now it starts much smoother and my average mpg went up 1.
