I purchased four of these along with plugs, ignition coil and and ignition module to do some much need maintainance on my wife's 2003 Saturn LS200. Opened the boxes to install the springs prior to installing the caps on the plugs I had just gapped and installed and two out of four springs were missing. Returned to the store at the end of the block to exchange them, but they were out. Had to drive 30 minutes to the local warehouse store to find some. They had six in stock and a couple of them were missing springs also. Upside absolutely no problem exchanging them and profound apologies from the counter guys. Downside added an hour to an hour job.
The counter guy at the warehouse store knew how I felt, he'd the same problem the week prior.
