Comments about Dayco GPL Premium Utility V-Belt:
These belts are about a third less than the NAPA brand and seem to last about the same length of time. The NAPA (green) belts seem to be a little higher quality, but they are typically just a little less thick. Since overall durability seems to be about the same, I opt for the Dayco belts based on price. I have also started ordering a spare deck and drive belt to keep one of each on-hand when Advance has 20% off. It is so much nicer to have a belt at home when you need one than to have to stop and go get one to finish mowing.

Comments about Dayco GPL Premium Utility V-Belt:
This is a utility belt designed for use on things like lawn mowers. The price of this belt at Advance is at least $10.00 less than other competitors yet I have founmd the durability to be in line with other more expensive belts. I will say that Advance's in-store Dayco cross-reference is terrible. If you need a lawn mower belt, obtain the part number from your owner's manual then go to the cross-reference on www.dayco.com to get the Dayco number, then search for the Dayco number online (or go to an Advance store and they will typically have the belt or can order it). I don't know why the Advance counter software does not use the Dayco cross-reference. This costs Advance money because I have been told at the store they could not cross the belt only to do it in about two minutes myself online.
